Malachi is by the Grand Prix jumper Advocate *Ps* (by Graditz *E*, out of Arabeske by Abdullah*Pg*E*) and out of an exceptional imported German mare whose Mare Inspection scores included an 8 and a 9 for movement scores. Malachi competed successfully in hunters, jumpers, eventing, dressage, breed shows and is now pleasure driving.

At the age of 15 1/2 he was named the Reserve Grand Champion Stallion at the 2004 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto, defeating much younger stallions and giving only a few points to the winning stallion who was imported from Holland. Earlier in his career he won numerous Breed Show Championships including Grand Champion of Show at the Mid-Ohio Dressage Classic and Champion Stallion at the Metamora Hunter Breeding Show.

Malachi's foals are athletic and have extremely good temperaments. He throws mostly bay, dark bay or black foals and does not carry a chestnut gene. His offspring are winning in breed shows, dressage, eventing and hunters at rated shows in the U.S. and Canada.
