MacMillan Photography and Media Services/Allen and Kim MacMillan and may
not be downloaded, photocopied, scanned, used in published(either in print
or electronic media) editorial or advertising materials, posted on web
pages/networks (including any type of web page:
personal, farm or club/organization web pages, Facebook, YouTube or
posted in any manner on the World Wide Web) or reproduced in any manner without
specific written permission of MacMillan Photography and Media Services/Allen
& Kim MacMillan. Photos purchased from the 2009 Hoosier Horse Fair either
as prints or digital images on CD DO NOT necessarily
include a copyright release unless specifically noted on your receipt. Any
copyright violations may be prosecuted.
However,
a copyright release may easily be obtained for images that are purchased from
MacMillan Photography & Media Services. Copyright release fees (required if
you want to use them on any web site or in printed editorial or advertising
materials) are $10 per image or special pricing for multiple images is
available. If you have questions or would like a clarification of our copyright
rules, please ask us. We will try to be easy to work with if you ask us before
using the photo for anything other than personal use at home. Thank you very
